June 14th marked a special milestone for our founder and managing partner, Frank Boley, as he celebrated his 50th birthday with family, friends, and the Legacy Ridge Private Wealth team.
This year has already been filled with exciting new experiences, including the launch of Legacy Ridge Private Wealth in January 2026. Establishing our own firm has allowed us to serve the community where we were born and raised in an even more meaningful way.
It has been our privilege to provide disciplined, coordinated financial guidance to individuals, families, and businesses as they work toward their goals, make informed decisions, and build lasting legacies for future generations.
As Frank celebrated this milestone birthday, we sat down with him to reflect on the journey so far and what lies ahead.
Q&A with Frank
Q: What does turning 50 mean to you?
FB: A Pivot from Success to Significance - If the first half of life is often about building—careers, families, bank accounts, and reputations—the second half is a shift toward meaning. I find myself caring less about climbing a traditional ladder and more about my impact on others including my legacy, relationships, and how I want to spend my limited, precious time.
Q: What expectations do you have for yourself and Legacy Ridge Private Wealth in this new chapter?
FB: I don’t know how intentional it was, but the synergies of this age milestone and what we are striving to accomplish on behalf of clients are significant to me. Personally, I’ve only had one job for my entire career, and that’s helping others plan for their financial future. My expectation is that Legacy Ridge can be a legacy in and of itself to help guide clients and my family on financial matters for decades to come.
Q: What advice would you give to your younger self?
Find something you are passionate about and you will never work a day in your life.
